Do you guarantee arrival by a certain date?

No. We can not guarantee that your package will arrive by any particular date due. We do post our processing times as well as include tracking with each shipment. 

My package was sent back. Will you send it back for free?

Unfortunately we cannot re-ship packages that are sent back without charging the appropriate shipping fee. We are more than happy to re-ship your package if you pay for shipping
